A Photoshop alternative called “WuKong Image” is now available on HarmonyOS NEXT. The app has completed its adaptation to Huawei’s latest software system. It is now available on AppGallery with a range of interesting features.
At HDC 2024, Huawei signed a cooperation agreement with Yixin Technology. As part of this agreement, the two companies worked on developing the WuKong Image version based on HarmonyOS NEXT. It seems that the work is done and it is time to get results.
The results reveal that WoKong Image has adapted to HarmonyOS NEXT. It is now available on the AppGallery and Huawei users can try exploring it on their devices.

As mentioned earlier, WuKong Image is a Chinese application, an alternative to Photoshop. It was developed by Yixin Technology and works as an independent image processing software. It efficiently supports all types of PS file formats.
The app is compatible with PC devices and works efficiently on macOS, Windows, Kylin, Tongxin, and other operating systems. Users can also install it on smartphones running the latest Android or iOS operating system.

Users can try out different image editing tools and editing features in the WuKong Image app. One can also design or create images using text or cutouts. The app also allows users to draw and create images in real-time with the latest tools.
The app supports 5 billion pixel images as well as PSD and PDF formats. With the app’s version based on HarmonyOS NEXT, WuKong Image could become a perfect replacement for Photoshop in the coming times.
