Fortnite Cursed Sails Event Skins, Items, and Rewards List

THE Cursed Sails event for Fortnite arrived with Disney Pirates of the Caribbean characters (and skins), a new location, unvaulted items, and the new Pass of the Cursed Sails and rewards. Cursed Sails runs through Tuesday, August 6, 2024.

Let’s talk about everything new with the Cursed Sails update in Fortnite.

Shiplows Shipwreck Location

Right in the center of the Battle Royale Island, you’ll find the new Shipwreck in the shallows Location. It is a shallow pool filled, unsurprisingly, with shipwrecks.

Three new skin packs have been added to the Fortnite shop. You can pick up Elizabeth Swan, Captain BarbossaAnd Davey Jones skins, Lego skins, pickaxes and back accessories for 1,600 V-Bucks each. There is also a set of all the Pirates-thematic offers for 3,400 V-Bucks.

New and unsold items

One new item and three unsold items arrived with the Cursed Sails update:

• Ship in a bottle — creates a pilotable spectral ship that crashes into your enemies
• Pirate cannon — Scattered around Shipwreck Shallows, these cannons will launch you into the air or directly at your enemies.
• Treasure Maps — can be found in chests all over the island and leads you to a buried treasure
• Flintlock pistol — can be found in chests or simply scattered anywhere on the island

Pirate Codes and Cursed Gold

With the arrival of the shipwrecks and Captain Jack, new pirate-themed quests appear. These quests are divided into Pirate Codes which work like previous quests from Avatar: Elements and TMNT Cowabunga.

They are divided into eight parts with six quests each:

• THE Pirate Code Quests 1 are live now.
• THE Pirate Code Two Quests will air live on July 21 at 9 a.m. ET.
• THE Pirate Code Three Quests will air live on July 23 at 9 a.m. ET.
• THE Pirate Code Four Quests will air live on July 25 at 9 a.m. ET.
• THE Five Pirate Code Quests will air live on July 27 at 9 a.m. ET.
• THE Pirate Code Six Quests will air live on July 29 at 9 a.m. ET.
• THE Pirate Code Seven Quests will go live on July 31 at 9am ET.
• THE Pirate Code Eight Quests will go live on August 2 at 9am ET.

By completing four of the six quests in each pirate code, you will earn a Piece of map. By collecting all eight map pieces, you will win the Jack’s Glider.

Some quests will also grant you Cursed Gold that you will use to unlock rewards in the Pass of the Cursed Sails.

Cursed Sails Pass Rewards

As you win Cursed Gold from the various Pirate Code quests over the next few weeks, you can spend it on rewards in the Pass of the Cursed Sails.

Rewards for the regular track include emotes, an instrument, a back bling, and pickaxes. You can see all the rewards (minus the level upgrades) in the gallery above.

For 1,000 V-BucksYou can upgrade the Cursed Sails Pass reward track. Upgraded rewards include everything in the regular track plus new emotes, a pickaxe, and the Cursed Jack Sparrow skin.
