Although Google has not released any information regarding the Pixel 9 series and has only released a teaser for the event, information about the phone has started circulating online.
And since the official debut happened about a month ago, there will likely be more rumors and conjectures in the near future regarding the Pixel 9 series. Now we have a glimpse of what European consumers can expect when it comes to the pricing of these gadgets.
The base Pixel 9 is expected to come in four different colours: Mojito (light green), Cosmo (pink hue), Obsidian (black), and Porcelain (white). The 128GB model of the Pixel 9 costs €899, while the 256GB option costs €999, which is roughly Rs 88,700. This is a €100 increase compared to the Pixel 8, which started at €799.
The Pixel 9 Pro is also expected to come in four colours: Obsidian, Porcelain, Hazel (sage green), and Pink. The storage options and their expected prices are €1,099 (roughly Rs. 97,500) for 128GB, €1,199 (roughly Rs. 1,06,400) for 256GB, and €1,329 (roughly Rs. 1,18,000) for 512GB.
For those looking for an even larger device, the Pixel 9 Pro XL is also expected to be available with the same internal specs as the Pixel 9 Pro but a larger display.
The Pixel 9 Pro Fold, the successor to the original Pixel Fold, is also expected to launch on the occasion. There could be colour variations for the phone, including Porcelain and Obsidian. This foldable gadget is expected to be priced at €2,029 (roughly Rs. 1,80,500) for the 512GB variant and €1,899 (roughly Rs. 1,68,900) for the 256GB model.
Dealabs, a French newspaper, reported these prices, which may be applicable across Europe. It is essential to remember that due to the varying VAT rates across Europe, these prices displayed in euros may vary somewhat. Moreover, the prices of gadgets in India may turn out to be very different.
