Coolmore – Grooming Stallion
Coolmore Australia is a premier thoroughbred breeding farm located in the picturesque Upper Hunter Valley at Jerrys Plains, New South Wales. We currently have an opportunity for a stallion to join our team for the 2024 breeding season.
Reporting to the Director of Stallion, the successful candidate will have demonstrated proven experience in a similar role. The candidate will be a motivated, reliable, honest worker, able to work independently on occasion and, above all, will enjoy working in a team.
Responsibilities of this position include:
– Ensure daily satisfaction of the stallions’ food and nutritional needs.
– Assist in all breeding and mating processes ensuring the highest quality of care and attention.
– Assist with all daily tasks required in the stallion stable, including exercise and lunging.
– Monitoring and maintaining the health and condition of stallions.
