To coincide with the upcoming Marvel movie Deadpool & Wolverine, Microsoft has created a new Xbox controller shaped like Deadpool’s butt.
Revealed on Xbox CableThe new Xbox Wireless Controller is modeled after “Deadpool’s much-discussed, perfectly rounded butt.”
Microsoft has called this new Xbox controller the “Cheeky Controller” and said it “replicates Deadpool’s steely buttocks in its firm (but surprisingly comfortable) grip.” Check it out in all its glory in the image below:
Unfortunately, Microsoft is only offering this Deadpool-themed Xbox controller to contest winners, as has been the case with previous eye-catching accessories. Fans aged 18 and over worldwide can enter for a chance to win this Deadpool collectible by following Xbox on X and retweeting the official Xbox contest tweet.
The collaboration doesn’t stop there. On July 22, the first 1,000 fans to purchase an Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 – Core from the Microsoft Store will receive an exclusive Cable Guys Deadpool controller stand from EXG Pro to “enhance” their gaming setup.
And there’s a custom Deadpool-inspired Xbox Series X and a stand with foam versions of Deadpool, Bea, and Arthur’s katanas, and two Xbox Wireless Controllers. This one is also a contest prize.
As for Deadpool & Wolverine, its latest trailer offered a glimpse of Lady Deadpool and other members of the Deadpool Corps, including Dogpool and Cowboy Deadpool, making their big screen debuts. Marvel has yet to announce who will play Lady Deadpool.
We’ll have to wait and see what else Deadpool and Wolverine have in store for us. It debuts on July 26 — but if we rely on the first 35 minutes, This could be the movie that relaunches the MCU as he enters the second half of phase 5.
