Motorola Razr 50 Ultra launched in India


As promised, Motorola today launched the Razr 50 Ultra in India. It comes in a single 12GB/512GB configuration with three colour options – Midnight Blue, Spring Green, and Fuzz Peach.

The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra retails for INR 99,999 ($1,195/€1,110) in India, but with an immediate INR 5,000 ($60/€55) discount from major banks and an additional limited-time INR 5,000 ($60/€55) discount, its effective price drops to INR 89,999 ($1,075/€1,000). The Razr 50 Ultra will be available on Amazon.in starting with the Prime Day sale. It will also be sold on Motorola’s India website and major retail stores, including Reliance Digital.

The Motorola Razr 50 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, ships with Android 14 with Hello UI, and promises five years of security patches and three years of Android version upgrades.

The Razr 50 Ultra features two displays: a 6.9-inch 165Hz LTPO AMOLED foldable display with a resolution of 2,640 x 1,080 pixels and a 4-inch 165Hz LTPO AMOLED cover display with a resolution of 1,272 x 1,080 pixels.

The smartphone is powered by a 4,000mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging and 15W wireless charging and features triple cameras: a 50MP primary, a 50MP telephoto, and a 32MP selfie shooter. It is also IPX8 rated and features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
