The NYT Connections of July 17th loved to tackle American presidents and generic buildings. I started with the latter when solving the Yellow category. However, I haven’t seen a post office in a while now.

The green category came next and apart from the word Check which I didn’t know meant to get in the way, I had all those words too. The blue category itself was much easier than the last one since we all learned that in school.

Once all that was done, there were only four words left. I put them all together to get the Purple category and the NYT Connections puzzle for July 17.
