Strands #143
“Screen time”

Hello all Strands fans. Today’s riddle is actually deceptively complicated, as the topic of “screen time” could refer to many things.
Indeed, I spent some time searching for popular smartphone apps, thinking that this might be it. But then I found POPCORN in the bottom right corner, and suddenly it was obvious. This was the magic of the big screen—or at least the accessories that surround that experience.
By placing TRAILERS on the opposite side, I opened up the end of the spangram, and worked backwards to spell MOVIETHEATER.
CANDY landed right above POPCORN, and there were only the letters that made up FEATURE left above it. So all that was left was PROJECTOR to find on the left side of the board to complete the puzzle.
Today will be easy and enjoyable. I hope tomorrow will be a little more difficult.
