Industry sources revealed that he sold the three-bedroom penthouse at 86 Mathoura Rd at the end of June.
The sale price was not disclosed, but the home was being asked for between $12 million and $13 million.
Architect Rob Mills, SJB Interiors and Paul Bangay collaborated to design the interior and exterior of the penthouse, which features Venetian plaster ceilings and walls, a marble- and brass-rimmed bar and a spa on its expansive balcony.
Mr Healey is no stranger to high-end Melbourne real estate, having sold a five-bedroom mansion in Red Hill South in March 2022 for more than $25 million.
He also sold a Lansell Rd mansion in 2021 for $43.1 million to Chemist Warehouse owner Sam Gance and Real Housewives of Melbourne star Janet Roach.
The two-story penthouse spans 700 sqm and features multiple living areas as well as a private rooftop balcony with 360-degree views.
A service window connects the terrace to the kitchen, which is equipped with Gaggenau appliances, an integrated Liebherr refrigerator and freezer, a wine refrigerator and a pantry.
Marshall White Stonnington director and real estate agent Marcus Chiminello have been contacted for comment.
