Audio Technica has unveiled its new range of truly wireless headphones, which should please fans of big bass.

Dubbed the ATH-CKS30TW+, the headphones are said to deliver “chest-thumping bass.”

The company reportedly added 9mm drivers and acoustic ducts to “expertly” control airflow. Additionally, the equalizer features an ultra-low frequency setting.

According to Audio Technica, the result is a soundstage that “brings rich, tightly controlled lows, detailed mids and sparkling highs to music, movies and games.”

“For those looking to explore the depths of their favorite songs, the Audio-Technica Connect app provides access to an ultra-low-frequency EQ (Bass Boost – Deep), which extends the bass even further for body-stirring beats that have to be heard to be believed.”

The earbuds will also feature active noise cancellation (ANC), as well as 6.5 hours of playback from a single charge, with a total of 17.5 hours with the charging case.

They are IP55 rated against water and have an ‘out of range’ alert if they are forgotten.

They feature Siri and Google Assistant available at the touch of a button, as well as a low-latency mode for gaming and a Soundscape feature to set the mood.

The ATH-CKS30TW+ wireless earbuds will be available for $99 USD (approximately AU$146). Official Australian pricing and availability have yet to be revealed.
