This is probably the easiest Connections game of the past week, but “easy” is a relative thing here. If you need hints, you’ll find some further down the page.
What to do once you’re done? Of course, play other word games. I also have Wordle daily cheats and answers, Strands cheats and answers, and Quordle cheats and answers articles if you need help with those too.

This is the easiest connection puzzle I’ve found in several days. Yes, the purple “words before ‘Bell'” group can be tricky, but the other three are all so simple that I doubt many people will even need to solve it.
I started with the green group, “Elements stored by a web browser,” and my eye was immediately drawn to the combination of COOKIES and CACHE. As a website publisher, it would be rather worrying if I didn’t know what that was!
CYCLE, LAP, REVOLUTION and TURN obviously went together. It was the blue group, but it was much easier than those usually are. And there was still yellow and purple. Inevitably, it was the yellow that I found…

What is NYT Connections?
NYT Connections is one of the many increasingly popular word games created by the New York Times. It challenges you to find groups of four items that share something in common, and each group has a different level of difficulty: green is easy, yellow is a bit harder, blue is often quite hard, and purple is usually very hard.
The good thing is that you don’t need to solve the last problem, because you can answer it by process of elimination. Plus, you can make up to four mistakes, which gives you some wiggle room.
It’s a bit more complex than Wordle, though, and the game can trick you a lot. For example, watch out for homophones and other wordplay that might obscure the answers.
It is playable for free via the NYT Games Site on computer or mobile.
